2017 will be the 26th year since the Australian economy was last formally in recession. The third quarter of 2016 recorded negative growth as the economy realigns after the mining construction boom. However, there are a generation of CEOs and Senior Managers who have never run a business through a recession.
This workshop is designed to look at the possible drivers of a contracting economy, the impact this could have on the various business models of an organisation and the way in which strategy can be adapted to build resilience to these impacts.
