Ben Bardon
Ben Bardon has had a 27-year career in the employment and training sector. Ben has 10 years experience as CEO of one of Australia’s largest Group Training Organisations, and 3 years as a CEO of a large regional Employment and Training organisation. He also co-founded the London Apprenticeship Company as the UK’s first Australian style Group Training Organisation.
Ben has been a Board member of Group Training Australia, The National Employment Services Association, The NSW Board of Vocational Education and Training, and the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board. He has also had governance roles in a number of other companies.
He has an ongoing commitment to growing the capability and responsiveness of the education and training sectors.
Ben is The Managing Director of Strategy3 and its principal consultant.

Marissa Clift
Marissa is an accomplished communicator and versatile manager with key strengths in tender, grant and award writing, bid strategy and planning. She was the lead writer for 18 major government bids between 2004 and 2012 with an 82% win ratio.
Marissa has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Communication. She has been lead tender writer for two multi jurisdictional tenders since joining Strategy3 as an Associate in 2014.
Suellen Tobin
Suellen Tobin is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and fellow of CPA Australia. Suellen has recently joined Strategy3 as an Associate to assist with feasibility studies, and the development of complex financial models and business systems.
Suellen has a strong background in compliance and managing large and complex payroll systems with a multitude of Awards and EBAs.
